Welcome to the website of Anna Celeste Watson.

I am an experienced Web Designer with a degree in Fine Art (Painting), specialising in bespoke web design for a diverse range of website projects and clients - from small micro-sites to complex Content Management Systems and online shopping sites.

I aim to create easy to use, beautiful and engaging websites that you will be proud to promote, and your users will want to share and keep returning to.

I am based in Dorchester and have clients across Dorset, Sussex, London and throughout the UK. I also work on large sites for prestigious blue chip companies on a freelance basis, and collaborate with my Associates to provide a complete design and marketing service for web and print if required.

I am committed to supporting ethical, eco-friendly, charity and community projects and recently launched two Big Lottery funded websites on Equine Facilitated Therapy for The Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy and related film project EFT Resource.

I also designed sites for 'RSPCA Highly Commended' ethical fashion label Frank & Faith and for 'Anti-Slavery Day Media Award 2012' winner contemporary opera Anya17. The site I created for charity recruiters ethicaledge® made it to the shortlist of Site Inspections in the leading design industry magazine New Media Age who recommended it as 'one to keep an eye on'.

I also founded and run the animal welfare group Compassionate Dorset and Compassionate Tees which is a collective of artists creating t-shirts to raise funds and awareness for animal welfare charities.

I have created my own CMS Designer Portfolio Package specifically tailored for creative individuals such as artists, designers, photographers, craftspeople and small businesses who want a simple buy stylish site to showcase a gallery of their work, using the leading CMS and blog publishing tool Wordpress.

I recently launched such websites for Sam Cannon Art, Craft Carnival Dorset craft and garden events, and a holiday lettings site for Railway Eco Cottage. My Developers are also completing a new website for my Associate and ex-NME Photographer Pete Millson.

I recently launched a website for 20thcdesign.com to showcase their eclectic mix of modern, retro and vintage furniture and decorative arts including pieces by respected names such as Charles & Ray Eames.

I am currently working with my Associates to redesign the Toolex website, redesigning a fully responsive shopping site for Butterflies & Dragons - Traditional Toys and Gifts for Children and will be redesigning a site for The Gilded Teapot.

I am also collaborating on several fully illustrated sites with my Partner Illustrator Stu Jones including; Luna26 Design, a top secret publishing site, a parallax scrolling site for SEED Marketing Communications and a site for recruitment agency Armada Resourcing who donate 100% of their profits to charity.
